Remote Usability Test - Add Videos / Live

Background: 

BV One is the new project and users are able to upload/encode their own videos and create a Live event on it. The team would like to know the current design and flow meet users' expectation and needs.

Goal: 

To test the flow of adding videos and adding live to see potential usability issues

​​

Methodology: 

Moderated Qualitative Study / Figma prototype and Google Meet

​

Outcome:

-Found some usability and UI issues that needed improvements

-A usability test reported was generated and presented to the team​

​

Work:​

• Test plan script and moderator guide

• Act as the moderator and conducted the usability test with 6 Japanese colleagues via Google meet

• Test results analysis

I led the usability test with two other team members, starting from the test plan draft, recruitment, arrange schedule with JP office and being the moderator during the test..

After the test, I analyzed the results with two other team members and came up with the usability test reports.
